By accessing or using IsoWeather ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

IsoWeather provides AI-generated isometric 3D visualizations of weather conditions for supported cities. The service includes:

  • Real-time weather data from Apple WeatherKit
  • AI-generated isometric city visualizations (provider/model may change over time)
  • Location-based weather information
  • Weather image caching and favorites

3. User Accounts

To use IsoWeather, you must sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Location Services

The App requires access to your device location to provide weather information for your current location. You may control location permissions through your device settings.

5. AI-Generated Content

Weather visualizations are generated using AI and are artistic representations. While we strive for accuracy in reflecting weather conditions, these images are illustrative and should not be used as the sole source for weather-critical decisions.

6. Usage Limits

To ensure service quality for all users, we may implement usage limits on image generation requests. Excessive use may result in temporary restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated images, app design, and content are owned by IsoWeather. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or access the App's source code
  • Use automated systems to access the service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service for any illegal purposes

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of weather data, or availability of AI-generated images.

10. Limitation of Liability

IsoWeather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may terminate or suspend access to the service for violations of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
